Reservation Policies
1. Beach house will be available for rent all year around.
2. Preferably, seven night minimum stay.
3. All linens and maid service are included and will be provided once per week.
4. A 50% non refundable deposit must be submitted in US dollars to guarantee reservation.
5. The balance due shown on your confirmation is to be paid on/or before check-in. It must be paid in the form of US dollars cash or deposit. Credit cards are not acceptable.
6. Please review your confirmation Email and bring it with you at check-in. It is also your receipt for the rent pre-payment we received. Please review it completely noting the day of arrival and departure as well as the check-in and check-out times. Should you arrive early, we may not be able to accommodate you until check-in time.
7. By submitting your first deposit, you accept that premises should be vacated on agreed departure date.

Home Vacation Services Policies
1. Since NUESTRO SUEÑO is privately owned, the condition and furnishings may vary slightly every vacation season. While we make every effort to be certain that the house is clean and in good condition upon arrival, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction. We will make every effort to complete reasonable repairs and corrections immediately. No refunds or reimbursements will be authorized to unsatisfied guests.
2. Damages sustained during the rental period are the responsibility of the guest. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest. Furthermore, occupancy may be terminated at the discretion of the managing agent.
3. One key will be issued upon arrival and must be returned to the managing agent at departure. Guest agrees to pay $10.00 US dollars for each key that is not returned. In the event that a lockout occurs, guest may borrow a key from our office.
4. House parties are not permitted. Should one develop during your rental period, occupancy will be immediately terminated with no refund.
5. No pets of any kind are permitted at NUESTRO SUEÑO.
6. NUESTRO SUEÑO's Agent shall not be liable for damage or injury to guest or any other person or to any property occurring on the premises or any part thereof, and guest agrees to hold Agents and Owner harmless for any claims of damage, no matter how caused. Agent will not be responsible for acts of theft or vandalism or other damage to guests personal property.
7. NUESTRO SUEÑO is a privately owned rental home. Please do not remove or relocate any furniture or furnishings.
8. Two automobiles maximum are permitted during your stay at NUESTRO SUEÑO.
